Will this newly formed advertising giant be dominant outshining the other two major players WPP & Interpublic Group (IPG)? As for now now, Publicis Omnicom Group is estimated to control approx. 40% of the US advertising. How will that affect the quality, effectiveness, & creativity of executions? Who will suffer the most after this mega merger; the above market leaders or maybe the small indie agencies...?
UPDATE: After almost a year, one of the biggest advertising mergers in the history of the industry eventually fell apart!
